Welcome to GigCalc (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using https://gigcalc.app (the “Site”) and any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service
	•	The Service allows you to calculate and track your ride-share earnings.
	•	You may access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
	•	You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the Service or its content.

2. Purchases and Refunds
	•	Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details.
	•	If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing rosty.build@gmail.com.

3. Account and Eligibility
	•	You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
	•	You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Intellectual Property
	•	All content, software, and trademarks on the Service are owned by GigCalc or its licensors.
	•	Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

5. Privacy and Cookies
	•	We collect your email and payment information as described in our Privacy Policy (https://gigcalc.app/privacy-policy).
	•	We use cookies to operate and improve the Site. By using the Service, you consent to our use of cookies.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
	•	The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
	•	To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
